We’re putting our full energy into IXACT Contact, an all-in-one CRM and automated marketing solution designed to help real estate professionals work smarter and grow their business. With IXACT Contact, agents can stay connected with their sphere, nurture leads, and drive repeat and referral business through a powerful, streamlined platform.

Your subscription will continue automatically on a month to month basis until you cancel (see Section 10). The Client Referrals System will be published 12 times per year (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec).
While all copy will be carefully read by our experienced proofreaders, Morris will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions as a proof of your first issue of the direct mail newsletter will be posted in AGENTaccess™ for you to review and advise us of any errors or omissions. Future proofs for your review must be requested by the copy deadline date via email.
Prices may change from time to time, reflecting current costs of labour, materials, postage and shipping. Price changes will be brought to your attention in advance, and will be reflected on your next month’s payment.
All orders are produced on a prepaid basis. Your payment will be processed approximately 36 days before the next scheduled shipping date. The amount of your payment may vary from month to month and will reflect the total amount of your order.
You acknowledge and agree that Morris owns all right, title and interest (including copyright) in the images, copy and layouts contained in the Client Referrals System and may not be reproduced in any form.
Morris warrants that the work will conform to the description contained in the Subscription Form. Except for this express warranty, Morris makes no other warranties, representations or conditions, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or conditions of merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose. The limit of Morris’s liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability in tort or by statute or otherwise) to you concerning performance or non-performance by Morris, or in any manner related to this Agreement for any and all claims shall not in the aggregate exceed the fees paid by you to Morris in the two months immediately preceding the event that caused the damages or is the subject matter of the claim. In no event shall Morris be liable for lost profits or lost revenues or for indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive losses, damages or expenses.
Morris reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print any personalized copy it deems illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper or infringing upon copyright law. You agree to indemnify and hold Morris harmless for any liability, damages and legal fees that may be incurred in any legal action regarding the personalized copy, whether supplied by you or written by Morris at your direction.
All mailings will be sent by bulk mail, the first week of each month as per the mailing schedule. Morris will not be held responsible for delays beyond its control or lost mail caused by the post office.
Morris will keep your database of contacts on file electronically in IXACT Contact® and ensures confidentiality while it is in our possession. Since this database was created by you, we do not take responsibility for its completeness or accuracy.
You may cancel at any time by notifying Morris in writing at least 45 days in advance and providing production has not yet begun on your next shipment (see Production Schedule).
Upon logging into IXACT Contact® for the first time, you will be asked to accept the IXACT Contact website subscriber agreement.

This Agreement shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Province of Ontario, without reference to its conflict or choice of law rules or principles. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any legal action arising out of this Agreement.
You and Morris agree that the provisions of Sections 5, 6, 13, 14, 15 and the second sentence of Section 7 shall remain in full force and effect after the expiry or termination hereof until such time as you and Morris may mutually agree to the termination of such provisions.
This Agreement and any and all other legal notices and policies made known to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Morris with respect to the services provided by Morris.
